Making my own red wine
I am very happy with the results in the end, a nice fruity red with a bit of punch to it!
This is another one off the list which highlights my impatience, this took me a while to get the right equipment, purchase the labels, the wine making kit from home and due to covid there was a distinct lack of Malbec boxes so I went with a standard Italian red box. I also cocked up the instructions as I put the wrong packs in at different times, giving this wine more time in the airing cupboard, only a good think I am sure.
