#96 - Hold a plank for longer than 3 minutes

Googled fitness challenges and this appeared, so on the list it went.

After 4 attempts I have held a 3 minute plan. I think it’s great to achieve, however, it didn’t feel as challenging as I thought it would be. Definitely feels like a tick off the list rather than an achievement. Maybe the real challenge is to get a 6 pack….
